Maybe he could if wanted... Then again if he does it as a human with no access to his holy powers then yeah I'd say he could have a burrito so hot he couldn't eat it.

This is pretty easy. The Bible says that God made man in his image. So, if you take that in a literal sense, he has our same sensory functions. If we are made in God's image, and a microwaved burrito burns our tounge, then it seems to reason it'd burn his too.

Only difference is that He is all knowing, so He isn't surprised when it happens.
