yes apply for extreme makeover and they do it all for free, you just have to videoed through the entire process. But it will be free. or you can volunteer to have student doctors test their skills on you at a medical college but you might get what you paid for.

For everyone's info.............breast implants have an 85-90% chance of rupture at 15 years. Which means you have to keep getting them re-done, and they usually rupture at the 5-year or so mark.
I have yet to see a breast implant that looks natural.

And you want to do this to your body, why? The problems with breast implant would fill a list as long as your arm -- everything from encapsulation, hardening of the breast tissue, breaking when you have a mamogram, loss of sensation to your nipples, when they have to be removed, lots of tissue usually has sto be removed with them........yadayadayada........ In 15 years they'd need to be replaced, even if they didn't cause problems before, and have to be removed. But plastic surgeons don't tell you this, do they??????????/

Get a mastectomy to remove breast cancer and insurance has to pay for reconstructive surgery (in the US). So, now you just have to figure out how to get breast cancer and you're home free. (this is sarcasm)
