Cook 5 minutes, then add the shrimp and cilantro. Cook 7 to 10 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through. Add salt and pepper to taste.

You can try either of these 2 -
1. Chicken Biriyani
You can make iriyani of rice and chicken with a rich variety of spices and condiments.
In a traditional preparation, the meat is slow cooked in oil , specially prepared whole and ground condiments/spices, with yogurt. It is then layered in a big vessel alternately with (almost but not fully cooked) rice, topped off by a layer of deep fried thinly sliced onion, saffron, raisins and roasted nuts and covered on top with a tight-fitting lid. It is then kept on very low heat to let the rice and meat slowly mingle their aromas.
Biriyani is best served with a simple yogurt based salad, as it is very rich to digest.

Chicken or Shrimp Saag are both great and not too spicy.
You can also make it without meat and use potatoes for vegetarian friends.
