if your condom did not break during sex you have nothing to worry about. everyone who is sexually active worries about contracting hiv. it's a really scary fact of life.
the fact that your symptoms developed three weeks after your encounter with your female partner doesn't MEAN you have hiv. there are numerous reasons for experiencing a burning sensation in the penis (urinary tract infection, being too rough on the penis during masturbation, etc,).
i suggest you carry through with the testing for hiv. don't be surprised if the doctor doesn't see the need for testing once you tell him/her that you practiced safe sex. i hope he does do the testing just to appease you mind that everything is ok.
also, trust your female partner that she is hiv free. that, too, points in the direction that you have zippo to worry about.
worry is a terrible affliction. keep a positive attitude.

See kids, this is the reason that sex should be between adults who are emotionally prepared to deal with the very real consequences. You kids make sex a game and a casual thing, but the possible repurcussions are not casual at all! What would you do if you knocked up some girl at 16? Do you want a baby to force you to be committed to some girl for the rest of your life just because she rubbed it the right way? Are you ready to be a daddy? What would you do if you contracted some disease? Many are incurable, and not all lead to death. What would happen if you got herpes at 16 years old and had to deal with that for the rest of your life? What woman would want to marry you some day if marrying you meant that it's just a matter of time before you infected her too? Put your energies into baseball and leave sex for the grown-ups.

For starters thank you from everyone in the whole world for using a condom that is the best way to prevent all of these things that you listed. For the record though i don't believe you would have any of the STI's that you mentioned. I have had HSV for three years and i never had any of those symptoms, but everyone is different. If your going to get the HIV test, you might as well ask to have a complete work up done to help put your mind at ease and your girlfriend. Good luck to you and keep the condom use up lol.

You are definetly just stressing out about it...I feel bad for you because you should just wait to have sex till you are older then you can be married and not ever have to worry about this..But the youth of america thinks that getting laid is in so I would say just wait it out you will be fine, I doubt you have hiv..expecially if the girl you slept with was only 16 also unless she has had 50 partners.
