Is there any treatment for leakage of Valve other than going for operation?

I am a heart patient with RHD.(Rheumatic Heart Diseases) My two valves are found leak. Doctors advised me not to be worry for operation and the leakage is marginal. I also like to treat it by taking medicine etc instead of opting out for operation.

a patient with "leaking" valve is usually observed and followed up
if the "leakage" increased to a certain amount (known be echocardiography) surgery is done to replace the vavle
in contrary to the stenosed or "tight" valves which have non-surgical treatment

Well, technically, the answer to your question is no, you can't really treat a leaky valve without some sort of surgery, but not every valve that leaks need to be fixed. It may be (and from what you say, it sounds like) the leak may be very small and of no clinical significance, in which the best thing to do is just watch it, take the appropriate meds, and wait to see if it gets worse and needs surgery before you go letting anybody saw your ribcage in half to fix it.

Medicine will not cure the valves, but if the leakage remains small, you can live a normal life with it. My mother made 82 with rheumatic heart disease.

First of all - does it bother you and cause you pain? if not, then you just need to take your antibiotics before having any dental work and/or surgery done - I have found that when I am dehydrated I notice that I have chest pains and I drink gatorade as well as more water. Cutting down on your caffiene usage too will help.
