i use to like potatos but now i don't.i do like mashed potatos though.

Me, me, me!! My Daddy is Irish, so it's kind of the law for me to like them!!! I love Chips (french fries, but thickly cut and oven baked in a litlle oil- not fried) Wedges, baked potatoes, Mashed potatoes, or added to my 5 vegetable root mash, potato cakes,boiled potatos in their jackets or peeled, potato skins and sauteed potatos. I try not to eat them as often , if I am looking for a potato-y taste but without the high amount of starch I will have Sweet potato, Parsnip or Celeriac instead!!!

they are okay i suppose. Oh yea and mashed potatoes are the same as regular potatoes but they are just mashed.

- Fried
- Baked - with butter, or bacon bits or cheese or broccoli, or all.
- Mashed
- Au gratin- with cheeses and white sauce
- on the grill (sliced, wrapped in foil with butter and grilled)
- and frenchfried, of course.
