this is a greek pastry.I is made with eggs,butter farina,flour,milk and filo dough.

If you do don't put the syrup on it add it after defrosting it in the freezer, it will be to watery, and make sure to double wrap, cling film and the aluminum foil, and make sure it is cold, put it in to the frig, for a day before freezing, and don't keep it more than 2 months, the flavour will change.

you can but it doesnt come out as well cause the filo dough gets screwed up in the freezer.

The problem with freezing this, and trust me, speaking from the Greek in me, phyllo never freezes well! When you defrost it the phyllo will be watery and the custard will be uneven.

no because after the fyllo( pastry) is going to be rabbish.
