well i dont know..all i know is it has to be rich in fiber and eat alot of protein :-)

For alot of years they loaded up on carbs, pasta and steaks then after a while there body's faded and the lost alot of energy because the musles ran out of gas.

Now most eat a more balanced diet, meat, veg, salads, fruit, protein drinks and fruit, something more substantial, to feed all there entire body's needs and make it easier for them to work and keep them active for the whole game without lagging after a short time of working out.
