Thank God they do. Shemales have a penis just like a male, only the rest of the body is with female physical attributes. Being halfsex, they go anal and vaginal sex, with males, females, transversites, and amongst shemale groups. They come under the highest prone category of HIV & AIDs transmission.They are prefered by men out of sheer curiosity. Beggars and the lowly too prefer them as sex with them is costeffective.

theres no risk of pregnancy, but there is a huge risk of STDs of HIV, especially if he sleeps around.
