If she is technically a female (born that way) then no. Doctors can not recreate internal organs and reproductive systems, no matter what they can do to the outside.

originally, shemales are "functioning" men, i mean they produce sperms that can get a female pregnent. however, some of them remove the balls to reduce the amount of male hormons produced, in this case there will be no sperms and no pregnency. some of them take hormons which affect the sperms. anyway, the answer is "maybe", depending on the things the man did to become a shemale.

Tecnically being a man underneath she can, but if the shemale is taking female hormones in order to have sex change than he/she would experience impotence, therefore no.

that all depends on weather the shemale was born a male and hasn't had the surgery and also how much female hormone tabs its taken

Yes I know a Shemale in this town and he/she/it has 3 children. tried to get himself pregnat doesn't work. female organs in him don't work. He got a female pregnat
