So glad you asked. I enjoy red curry (Gaeng Phet) with shrimp or just the vegitables. Papaya salad with lots of garlic and fish sauce. I also enjoy less western friendly dishes like dug dae and ant egg soup (that might be more of a Lao dish).

My Fav would be Peanut Curry Tofu! MMM awesome. But so many restaurants have sooo many differant versions of this dish so it's tough to find a really good one.
A fail safe at almost any Thai Restaurant is the Hot and Sweet Chili Sauce, Sometimes called Chili Jam! Oh it is the best on fish... or anything really! Yummy I love Thai Food!

Immensely. I love Tom Yum Goong (spicy soup) with Prawns, Red Chicken Curry, Pad Thai noodles, and Catfish salad!

Love Thai food - especially - Pad Thai, Tom yum (seafood) and Tom kha gai, green curry - just basically beautiful food!!

I like their Thai fried rice, the with one tomato sauce. Pad Thai is one of my favorite too.

My fave are the cold spring rolls, basically a salad ina rice paper wrapper, w/ noodles, shrimp, basil... dip into peanut sauce

Thai Green Curry...coconut milk, lime juice, green chillies - pretty damn good. Mmmmmmmmmmmm.
