There is no home remedy for gonorrhea. It is commonly treated with either doxycycline for 10 days or a wide spectrum antibiotic like zithromax. It is also still possible to be spread to your partners before you've taken the entire cycle of antibiotics, and if you don't take a complete cycle of antibiotics, it will become resistant and cause further harm to your reproductive organs and could lead to sterility.

There is one that was commonly practiced in the dim past... lay the member over a flat surface and then hit it with a large mallet.
There is no home remedy.. and if you don't have it taken care of properly, there are many problems that can arise from this condition.

Treatment Of Gonorrhea
Gonorrhea is treated with antibiotics. A full course of antibiotics generally eliminates the problem. It is always better to see the doctor after completing the course to make sure that you are free of gonorrhea. Even if the symptoms disappear in a few days, you must complete your total course of antibiotics.
