I love this receipe and it is a great way to get veggies into a meal. Slice zuccini lenght wise about 1/4 thick, marinate in italian dressing for at least an hour if not longer. I do it overnight. Place on a grill and cook till it's heated then serve. This has great flavor and tastes good cold as well. Plus you can still use the dressing in a salad. You must cook it on a grill, the zuccini "sweats" and if you place it in a pan on the stove it makes the zucinni limp and mushy. Have fun.

I would do something simple, such as a garden salad or maybe even a pasta salad with cherry tomatoes, red onion, green onion, peppers, and celery. Hope this helps

you can put the mac and cheese on a greesed casserole bowl and sprinkle parmesan cheese over it and put it in the oven for 400 degrees for 6- mins. or make a simple tossed salad.

Make a nice green salad with baby greens and a nice vinaigrette. You could top it with a nice herbs goat cheese.

Then a fresh fruit salad would go perfectly with your choices.
Enjoy your evening!
