Hi. Im a vegetarian too, and a senior in top university. Vegetarian, except vegan and uncooked, is the great vitamin and far larger than what different persons consume. People simply can receive it. They consume fried chook and different ****. Anyway, protien must be the most important crisis. Most of my meals is composed of fruit(customarily) and greens. I consume recent fruit and purchase programs of frozen vegetables-all fairly well particularly those with sauce. However, I purchase luggage of nuts(love cashews) and regularly have a few in the course of the day. It is wanted fats. Also peanut butter with jam- that's healthful if you are going to buy complete wheat and typical jam and pp. I consume black beans(canned) at least one time every week. I purchase kashi bars and I consume kashi cereal(well peers or any individual) or have eggs. I consume gronola bars, or get snack sizes of gronola or purchase fruit bars and then you definately dont have to consume a truly huge lunch. For lunch, I in most cases pass to a low priced sushi location subsequent to my university and get vegetarian(avocado, cucumber, asparagus...) I additionally purchase veggie pizzas that kashi makes, they're great well. Also meals like tofu and veggie burgers aren't dangerous and present tons of vitamins and minerals. I might endorse shopping soy milk, should you love it-even vanilla. I might supply you a meal plan however thats no method to reside. Actually plenty of the meals i am getting from wegmans natural and organic/wellness meals. Go grocery shoping together with your mom and dad or anything, and purchase stuff that appeals to you and preserve in brain- breakfast, lunch and dinner. Let me recognise you probably have to any extent further questions. And well success!

Airheads Taffy, Uh-oh Oreos, Swedish Fish and Smucker's Marshmallow Icecream Topping!!
This is a great recipe from peta.com
These spicy Indian potatoes are perfect for lunch, dinner, or a snack.
1 1/2 lbs. baby potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. turmeric powder
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
10-12 cashews, broken into pieces
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. ginger, grated
1 tsp. cumin seeds
2 tsp. coriander seeds
3 cloves
2 cardamom
1-inch cinnamon stick
4-5 black pepper seeds
3 Tbsp. oil
3 medium onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. tomato paste, or 1/2 cup tomato purée
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Salt, to taste
Some coriander, chopped
• Boil the potatoes until just cooked and let cool. When cooled, peel and prick each one 2 to 3 times with a fork.
• Roast the dry masala in a pan on a low heat for 4 to 5 minutes until light brown and grind with the onions.
• Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion paste for 15 minutes on low heat. Add the tomato paste and fry for 10 more minutes. Stir in all the other masalas, the cashews, and the boiled potatoes. Finally, add enough water to cover, bring to a boil, and cook, covered, for 10 minutes.
• Garnish with coriander and serve hot with your choice of bread or rice.

Risotto! It's a filling meal and you can have all kinds of varieties - my favourite is roasted pumpkin and garlic. All you do is cut up your pumpkin into little cubes, brush with olive oil or cooking spray and some garlic and roast until soft. Make your risotto using vegetarian fake beef stock, once the rice is done, throw in some crushed garlic and your pumpkin cubes and then add your cheese. It is seriously good!

Take a corn (or flour) tortilla, cut up or grate some cheese, put it on a microwave safe plate and put it in the microwave for a minute and a half, then cut up some tomato, avacado, lettuce. Its really really good. I just had it 20 minutes ago. If you want to spend a little more time, cook some rice and add that for filler.
