I had a friend who always had 90/46... she never felt dizzy or anything, so she didn't ever worry about it.
How are you feeling? If you are feeling dizzy, elevate your legs for a little while and later get up slowly-... sit down first- stay a little while in that position, then proceed getting up on your legs.

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

Did you ever find the problem? I have a similar problem where my blood pressure drops in bed to that number also. But it's low on a regular basis also. In bed, when my BP is low I also get my foot and leg twitching.

Yes, please see your doctor .Blood pressure that is too low is known as hypotension. The similarity in pronunciation with hypertension can cause confusion.
Low blood pressure may be a sign of severe disease and requires urgent medical attention.
When blood pressure and blood flow decrease beyond a certain point, the perfusion of the brain becomes critically decreased (i.e., the blood supply is not sufficient), causing lightheadedness, dizziness, weakness and fainting.
However, people who function well while maintaining low blood pressures have lower rates of cardiovascular disease events than people with normal blood pressures.

If you feel fine, and aren't lightheaded when you stand up, then it's fine. When you stand up, your blood pressure rises, since then the heart has to work harder to get the blood to your feet and back to the heart. When you lie down and are quiet, it's easy for the heart to move the blood around (all the areas of the body are level with the heart), and so your blood pressure drops.
