Spaghetti is good, and you could throw in a couple of candles and a bottle of wine while you're at it. A side dish of oysters aren't bad. But iIf you want something light for a romantic meal, try this delicious vinaigrette over a spinach salad with mushrooms. Garnish with extra strawberries. :)

Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing
1 pint fresh or frozen strawberries,
washed and tops cut off
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1-1/2 tsp. walnut oil
2 Tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Combine first 5 ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. Dressing will have a creamy appearance. Season with salt and white pepper.

As for dessert, try maraschino cherries on a chocolate cake .

Yeah Veal parmigiana, shrimp scampi with a light alfredo sauce, lots of thyme, candles, some Barry white or Luther, and oh yeah a shaken caesar salad. And some ice wine if u have the money, if you don't, get Perrier.

Rosemary Lamb Chops
INGREDIENTS:
10-12 loin lamb chops, about 1 1/2 inches thick
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients, except lamb, in a large glass bowl. Place chops in bowl and turn repeatedly to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 12 hours. Once marinated, remove chops from fridge and allow to come to room temperature.

Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Remove chops from marinade and place on a lightly oiled grill rack. Cook for 8 minutes on each side. Remove from heat, allow to rest for 3-5 minutes, and serve.

Blue Cheese Stuffed Pork Chops
INGREDIENTS:
4 pork loin rib chops, about 1 1/2 inches thick
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 green onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Worcesteshire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper

PREPARATION:
Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Trim fat and make a pocket in each chop. Season chops with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and stuff about 1/4 cup of mixture into each chop.

Press to close. If too bulky, use toothpicks to close pork chops and prevent stuffing from spilling out. Place chops on grill rack and cook for 30-35 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Remove from grill and serve.
