Of course I love my mother's kimchi. But I'm talking about what type do you like the most. Mine are the ones made of cabbage and radishes. I also like the cucumber kimchi.

Haha kimchi is my life. I love sheen/shin kimchi! and of course, in the original baechu kimchi.
Kkakdoogi is also good, my dad makes a mean moolkimchi (I don't know if most Koreans consider that Kimchi because it's pretty watered down.)

I like the cucumber kimchee the best, but I'll eat any kind of kimchee. Just give me a bowl of rice with it and I'm set. YUM!!!
