You can't get HIV from stepping on a used condom, Hiv can not live outside the body long enough for it to spread out of the condom, onto your foot, and into your bloodstream.
As for other STDs, unless you took the used condom and rubbed the semen onto a more intimate spot than your foot, you should be ok, just give it a good wash. Maybe ask the bar owners to address their clientlele around proper condom hygeiene and disposal as well.

This is a good news/bad news answer.
The bad: Can't tell until after the incubation period. Depending on the virus it could take from 10 days upto 3 years.
I don't think washing up would get rid of the virus.
Now to the good news: Some of the toughest skin in your body is your foot. God made them robust to withstand wear. If you have just stepped on it, and it oozed out of the condom .......(yyyyuuuukkkk)... your feet can withstand that... unless of course you had cut or bruises on your feet and that 'thingy' touched the cut. If yes, see a doc immediately for peace of mind.
Psssst......why were you shoeless in a 'classy' bar like that? If you opted to go there, you ought to know to wear covered shoes at all times.

No. STDs only live a very short time outside of the body. If it's highly unlikely to catch them from sitting on a toilet seat then you can bet your not going to get them from stepping on a used condom. What were you doing walking around bare foot in a bar anyway? That's gross by itself.

Um. lol. Okay, if this is truly a serious question, i suppose you could get an STD that way if you have an open sore on your foot and the bodily fluid from the condom mixed with yours.
My advice...don't go to bars where people are having sex. Talk about trashy.

If you had bare feet in a bar I'm guessing they were probably cut up from broken glass. Most bars that let you run around in bare feet probably have smashed glass everywhere along with the used condoms on the ground.
If you stepped on the condom with bare bloody feet and the condom had the aids virus on it. Maybe....
I'll stop laughing now. You don't have Aids, don't worry.

OK...well, now that I have stopped laughing.....Is there risk involved? Certainly. How high is the risk?? Very, very low, especially, as many others have stated, if you have no open lesions on your foot. Hopefully, when you realized what happened you cleaned the area very well with soap and water. That in itself further reduces the risk.
Now, my question to you.....where is this bar that allows bare feet, and used condoms on their floor???

Seems like you've learned a lot of lessons
Lesson 1) don't go to a bar where people are having sex
Lesson 2) don't go barefoot in a bar (what kind of bar is this anyway?)
Lesson 3) you can't get HIV unless it gets into your bloostream (like a from a wound or needle) or through sex

First of all: why were you walking around with barefeet? Don't worry! There is no way you can get it unless it goes right inside you or if you have a huge open gash in your foot. Even then, it would be unlikely.
