I'm looking for specific websites that have info on ancient mesopotamia.

I would check out Wikipedia.
Mesopotamia refers to the region now occupied by modern Iraq, eastern Syria, and southeastern Turkey. So you could also check out the history of those countries too - either on Wikipedia or some other source - perhaps a local library if you need to site books instead of web pages as sources.
