Last night I went to the store and bought a HUGE carton of Soy Silk yogurt...I forgot to put it in the fridge and so it got left out all night.What do I do? It taste normal but I just want to be sure.

It should be fine if you refrigerated it when you noticed. It takes more than that to spoil it.

Soya yougart has different shelve life than milk based yougarts, first check the expiry date, if it tastes strongly sour, or it has a fizzy taste, you open it and your knocked over by the smell.

But as I said soya based products take alot of time to spoil, the base is different, the issues are more to brands with flavours and fruits, just watch for the changes it's structure, I like it better over milk based for protein shakes and as a addition to cereals in the morning.

If you want to be sure drink the whole carton. If you haven't vomitted in 2 hours you'll know it was actually fine....

I am a retailer - so I know - you probably bought a verry fresh batch of yog. so no problems after one day - BUT - do not wait put it in the fridge NOW !!!!

Eat one. If you don't throw up within 2 hours it's fine.

I would throw it away. If it was out all night, you should not eat it.

NO mold=good
mold or discoloration
