I would like to know how tall you are as this will determine if you are striving to be underweight or not...
I am only about 5ft 3 or 4..and I weigh around 60 kg (just over 9 stone)...I am a size 10 and do not think that there is much wrong with being this weight...
You may like to lose some which is fine and you are entitled to but to lose so much seems too drastic - you weigh 9 and would like to lose a third which works out at 3 stone...so you want to weigh 6 stone???
Its even more concerning if you are a tall person as you should allow extra weight for that alone...
Maybe finding out what the weight boundaries are for your height and build will be a better way of doing things
You seem too desperate for diet info and such
Be careful with your health

The first question is How tall are you? If you are a reasonable weight for your height, why do you want to lose a third of your body mass? You could end up looking like an emaciated stick insect. The only way to lose weight is to expend more calories than you consume. Now I'm all for slim but skinny? No, not attractive and not healthy. You won't lose this weight fast either without some serious eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia mmmm nice) and the rotten teeth from throwing up and hairy arms/legs from your body trying to keep warm. Please just think WHY you want to do this.

Every single day, oatmeal for breakfast with a handful of brown sugar and a splash of soymilk. Don't eat again until near noontime. Do 30 minutes of exercise on a machine. Elliptical is better than treadmill. Eat vegetarian, leaning toward vegan. Fake meats are lower in fat than real meats. Eliminate cheese (80% fat). Eat whole grains. Choose fresh fruit when you crave sugar. Eat 50% of you lunch and dinner as vegetables (other than potatoes, sweet potatoes or corn) some should be raw.

You don’t need to exercise for long periods of time. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results in the event you work hard. Get a passing up rope, skip for two min's, do push ups for 1 minute, skip for two minutes, rest for just one minute. Then change the push up to something else like sit ups in addition to do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a simple, effective workout that will get better results than a long operate or swim.

i have been on a diet since may and have lost 3 stone, not followed any particular diet, but i dont , or try not to,have more than 5% fat in my meals, i also brought a treadmill coz i did not want to go to the gym, its been hard at times but your body gets used to the way you eat, people say i have a figure now, i suppose, instead of just being a lump!!! good luck

60 something kilograms is by no means overweight. 40kg is far too little for anyone but a child to be weighing. You need to work out your bmi to find out what range your in, dont worry about weight as long as you have a healthy body mass index.

Cut out any rubbish food that you eat. Then try to have 3 meals a day at regular times. Diets dont work.
