It's probably yeast or fungus, if you think that's what it is you can stick a tube of micatin inside your penis and squeeze. It could be gonorrhea. Most likely not syphilis. Flesh-eating bacteria cannot be excluded. If you aren't circumcised it might just be that you haven't dealt with your smegma problem in months. If none of this helps you can cut it off before the rot gets all the way back to your brain.

it could be a yeast infection but u should see a doctor. for the record never taste it, it could be a std and u could get it in your mouth.
