you are probably using diltiazem for heart rate or rythm problems, if either goes out of control, call your doctor immediately, otherwise one dose of plavix missed will not cause big harm, it stays in the body for around 7 days, good luck

My Husband went w/o plavix for 2 months b/c insurance quit covering it. Now he still misses a dose here and there. It won't kill you overnight. It's one where you're supposed to take your missed dose as soon as you remember unless it's almost time for your next dose. Don't take 2 doses at once just get back on the regular schedule. The other one I don't know anything about. Sorry.

I'm using Plavix : Had a medicated stint installed my doctor
said I have use it for one year: I did miss a day or two when I ran out
of pills

Skipping a dose once in a while is better than not taking any. Just remember to take your next days dose. Do not double dose until advise by your doctor.
