Is it ALL veggies you hate or just most of them? If you truly hate ALL veggies I have two suggestions, first one you probably won't like. Mix veggies in a beef or chicken sauce and cook them (you can find the packets in the supermarket) It gives them a GREAT new flavor. Also vitamin supplements help too.

wrap them in bacon? though that kind of defeats the purpose.
you can blend in spinach or a something similar to spinach in a tasty smoothy
Fondue
let carrots boil down into the stew
You could try wraps that use lettuce
uhhh, try out different recipes. There are a whole lot filled with flavor and you might actually like vegetables.
Vegetables don't just have to be in a salad

If you like fruit and salad you could eat them instead. If not take some multi vitamins daily
One thing my mum did do when I was a kid was mash up a very small amount of carrots in with my mash potato and plenty of butter and I could not taste them and had no idea she did this until I was a lot older!

You can buy vitamins that have the same nutrients as vegies (vegies are better though). Also you can but drinks like Ensure or Mytoplex that come in many different flavors (not all that bad) that provide you with the nutrients that vegies do.

You have to find something you like to put on them to drown out the taste. I don't care for them either, but I love ketchup, so I load ketchup all over them. I can't taste the veggies, only the ketchup.

Add them to other foods...like carrots and spinach in smoothies. If you puree them you can add them to soups and sauces and still get the full health benefit.

Try them in thick curry sauce that clings and disguises. Hypnosis worked somewhat for my brother.
