am scard to do things like let my self get out of breath ,ride the ride at the parks so many thing how do i get over this i also have diabets respirstory diesasis

you might benefit from seeing a counsellor, some of what you describe is only common sense, not fear, some is ridiculous, like being afraid to be out of breath. You need to score some knowledge and common sense about your diseases and how others cope. Some group therapy might also be a good idea.

i had my first heart attack twenty three years ago and like you i was scared of everything .i was terrified of going to sleep at night in case i did not wake up in the morning .i avoided even the most mild exercise against my doctors wishes.relax all of this worry while normal is a waste of time.at the monent i play golf every week and have a part time job and am a keen gardener ,so relax and enjoy life its wonderful

Well you might want to go and talk to your doctor about your fears and see if he could help you. Also you might try prayer sometime that help me. Also take you a good walk ever day and try to relax that is the best thing you can do . If you worried yourself you may have another heart attack.Stress is one of the main factor of a heart attack.
