Fry off lots of onions, peppers, mushrooms.
Add a jar of tomato sauce for pasta.
Layer Sauce mixture and pasta sheets alternately.
Pour over white lasagne sauce from a jar.
Grate with Veggie Cheese (look for the V sign on the packet)
And bung in the oven for 30 mins

I think I am the only one of your answerer's who know what chuffed means. A good stir fry of mixed veg with a teaspoon of ginger, garlic and soy sauce, serve with rice.

hollow out a green or red pepper, cook off some rice, fry some onions and mushrooms mix with the rice stuff it into the pepper and pop it in the oven for 15 mins - Stuffed Peppers - easy and tasty x

make a veggie chilli, dead easy u can even just use a jar if need be with quorn mince, wrap it in a tortilla or two, grate cheese on top, bake until the cheese bubbles, serve with salad and salsa. Dead easy. or alternatively replace the tortillas with halved peppers and thats lush too!
