I too am a diabetic, you can have any diet drink you want be careful with the caffiene. drink decaf if possible. tea with splenda, fresca, you can have juice but maybe a half cup at meals check with your doctor. and in moderation you can have a milkshake. flavored water gives me a change we have to drink alot of it. good luck to you

Diet soda, Flavored water (w/out added sugar) Coffee, tea (unsweet ) I use splenda in my tea, coffee, and make kool-aid with splenda. I do dring milk but I count my carbs and that counts. I also drink 1 small 4oz juicy-juicy a day during work mid-morning to keep my sugar good (i'm a type 1 diabetic)
