That's what I call it too!!! :-)
Just an fyi, when making flied lice, it's best to use cold rice. It doesn't get sticky, like warm rice. Anyhoo, that aside, very little oil, saute meat and veggies, add rice and soy sauce, keep stirring, then add a scrambled egg. Pretty easy!

I make fried rice all the time that is close to what we get at the local chinese and japanese restaurants. Make sure the rice is cold, or otherwise it will become a sticky mess. I sautee some onion in oil, then add the rice.. high heat and moving it quickly are the keys, i also add 1/2 cup of defrosted frozen mixed vegetables. season with some sesame seed, soy sauce. pepper and a bit of salt ( remember the soy is salty) i then scramble an egg in another pan, add it to the rice mixture and heat it. You can add sliced chicken, beef, pork or shrimp to this to make a one wok meal. I like to have all of the ingredients out, prepared and ready so the total cooking time is less then 6 minutes and nothing is overcooking or burning while im trying to get the meat ready or something.

I am assuming you mean fried rice. for temp controls follow directions on the wok but when I was in the P.I. the best rice rice to use is day old rice. Fried rice is suppose to be a way to use left overs although here it tends to be different. first saute some onion & garlic in oil, set aside next scramble 2 or 3 eggs set aside. then whatever meat you want to use be it chicken, pork or even fish. & yes it can be left over as well, saute that & add some mixed veggies of your choice. add a little more oil & heat it up. then add the rice ad fry for a few minutes. add some soy sauce the onion, garlic & egg sstir & cook for a few minutes & there you are flied lice

chop up some onions and green bell peppers( red is OK too) then add some chopped garlic and bits of ham( lunchmeat will do) some shopped mushrooms. chop everything tiny bits.
sautee in butter in hot wok.
then dump in a whole mess of leftover cooked rice ( brown is best) and stir it up and down on the wok sides. sprinkle some soy sauce and pepper on it. maybe a little garlic powder too (cant nave too much garlic)
when good and hot, serve it with some sliced up fried eggs that have been scrambled in a bowl and fried in a flat piece to slice up. mmmm
I cooked this yesterday for breakfast.
toss a little tabsco on it too with maybe some ketchup. serve with dill pickle and V-8 juice, rye toast

First of all with disrespect, as you seem to express, I'd like to correct you.
Correctly stated, but still disrepectfully so, you should have typed...
"I wourd rike to know how to make flied lice in my erectlic wok?"
Beyond that I suggest your Q is neither comical nor is it respectful.
