hey guys i m slim person and am trying to gain weight..many ppl told me to do this that but still am not gaining much weight..only abt 1-2 kilos..i want to gain atleast 5 kilos..in my case, its little difficult..plz give ur opinion for my weight gain program.thanks.
and i am pure vegie dont even eat eggs.

Do include fat rich substances in your diet like butter, full cream milk. Try to eat several times rather than getting stomach full once. Try to exercise a bit so as to digest the matter u eat else it will go waste in morning...hope u got my point..Banana shake would be a good substitue for plain milk and it is tasty also.

So u should eat chees, butter. U should eat ghee, oil and very oily things. U should eat atleast 5 to 6 times in a day. And all time eat and eat only. U should not do exercise and u should stop heavy work. suppose u eat pizza than eat special pizza with double cheese. Suppose u eat butter than put double butter and gril it in heavy butter whether u like it or not. So just carry on. My best wishes r with u in gaining 10 more kgs after increasing 5 kgs.

Drink a shake with every meal. Something like Nutrament or even Slim Fast. When you're on the Slim Fast diet you replace a meal with a shake because it has all of the vitamins and minerals of a meal. When you're trying to gan weight you can add a Slim Fast to each meal so it would be like having 2 meals at each sitting. Or you can make "peanut punch" which is great for vegetarians (like you and me!) and it's high in calories and protein. Blend one scoop of vanilla ice cream with three tablespoons of peanut butter and 2 cups of milk.

It depends on your body type. For some people every thing that they eat puts an extra kilo. For some, they cant put on weight whatever they eat.
Generally speaking - Starch - Pasta, Rice - Protiens - cheese, also chocolates and sweets are things that add easily to the body weight.

You can eat lots of nutritious food with carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins etc. The most important thing is that you should get plenty of exercise.
There are also some health drinks that help in gaining weight, must be supplemented with exercise.

see dear first of all u have to eat more n more food n also healthy food ok
than always be happy
no stress
no any type of tension
so this things should not be in ur life than automatically u will gain much more weight ok

Hi sweet girl you are sweet and slim. It is good that you slim If you slim it is good but if you are so week then you are not good.
You have to take "Weight Lifter of Ratan company" only if you in india.
and If you are out of India then you have to take a complete health drink that will give you better energy to do you work.
and when you drink it you have to do some excercise like morning walk.

I can tell you some company name which can gaine your weight but first you have to tell me where are u living first. then I can tell u. other wise if which name I send you and it will not in your country then you will not find. ok so tell me you country name ok good bye

that was my problem before.i took my mom's advise:drink milk like like water..i had 6 glasses of milk a day (3T for every glass of water), increase your carbo intake.if you eat 1/2 cup of rice now try eating 1 cup for a week.once you get used to eat increase another half cup..take mosegor vita for 2 weeks.stop for a week,then 2 weeks again..if won't gain weight in a month, e-mail me...i'm very sure this will work for you..if diabetis doesn't run in the family, eat ice cream, cakes, chocolates...sweets..

You try a Bannana with a glass of milk daily to gain weight.

But why you want to gain weight whats wrong to be slim ?

try steak and eggs for breakfast. if your only a veggie person that might be hard. See a specialist and he or she can give you a daily meal course just for your body type. Have you ever tried lifting weights or boxing for fun?? Just think of a sport you love and go with it girlfriend!
