I just made Sweet Potato fries and they were delicious as an appetizer! Oil a cookie sheet, cut them to appropriate size, salt and bake at 400 for about 30-45 minutes or to taste.

stir fry veges in a alittle vegetable oil or olive oil till very soft like cauliflour broccoli green beans carrots etc. then pour over brown or white rice and soy sauce for flavor

steamed green beans and garlic mash potatoes
elbow pasta with broccoli in a creamy garlic sauce

spaghetti with garlic and oil

Saute sliced garlic in some olive oil, careful not to burn, if u have red pepper flakes put a few in. Then after pasta is cooked,,,toss together. sprinkle with parmesean cheese, yummy

BBQ style baked tofu, it's fanfreakintastic! take firm tofu and drain well. slice into 1inch lenghtwise pieces saute in olive oil on each side until brown, then place in baking dish cover with your fav. BBQ sauce and bake for 2o minutes at 350 degrees, serve with your fav. veggie( mine is saute spinach with garlic) have fun!
