Actually, you could get an STI called Trichomoniasis or Tricks.
It's easily treatable with an antibiotic called metronidazole.
You can get this STI by being exposed to the parasite - be it by an infected partner or on a public toilet seat

The only one you can actually get from a toilet seat is pubic lice (crabs), this is REALLY rare though. Lice cannot survive away from the human body for longer than 24 hours. So contracting pubic lice from a toilet seat is possible, but it's unlikely.

Most STDs don't survive very long outside of the body. STDs are usually only transmitted during sexual contact, either by skin-to-skin contact or through body fluid exchange.

Crabs do not cause UTIs and UTIs are not STDs. You are much more likely to catch some other nasty illness from an unclean toilet than you are likely to catch an STD.

You could get crabs from an unclean toliet, but crabs only make your genitals itch they don't cause a UTI or fever.

You can't get STDs from a toilet. It is always wise to try not to sit on a public toilet. The only thing you could possibly get would be crabs.
