depends on how it's cooked. obviously fried things are fattening because of the oils, but grilled things are much better. plus onions are often used in indian cuisine, which are excellent for your blood.
if you're trying to lose weight though i wouldn't recommend Indian food.

yes they are a full of fat. Indian cooking tends to be very heavy on fat or ghee which is used a lot.
Mind you, I can't say i've seen a fat indian lately.
Next time just throw the food away and eat the little plastic bag of onion salad. That's healthy.

well, its nice not very fattening...but u have to be picky regarding the place... so many restaurant use to put the fat so the smell could attarct you :)
