No it's not a felony. The problem with Hpv is so many millions of people don't even know they are infected. It can be a very silent disease not everyone has symptoms.

Its not considered a felony but it is definitely not the right way to act.
Tell your partner about HPV, inform him/her. They should know that they run the chance of getting infected even by using protection.

No it is not a felony. But, it is a good idea for a person with HPV to tell any future partner they have not only for the partners health but because it is ethical.

No, I don't believe it is, although some would think it should be. It's not very honest of the person if they don't disclose everything they KNOW they have. With HPV there are so many strains and most people don't even know they have it, to prove a person knew otherwise and gave it to you would be difficult because who's to say you didn't have it before and it's just not causing issues. It's such a grey area.

It should be!!!! But im sure its not. That happened to me and i ended up with having a hyseterectomy at 26!!! Please tell them, people will do what they will with it. Some are understandable its the most common std in the world. Some dont mind just use protection. Dont let it ruin your life or someone elses.

No, as long as you don't Have HIV/AIDS. I would encourage you to use protection and tell your partner, but that is your decision. Would you want someone to not tell you they have a STD?
