I would say my favorite soy product is soy butter. I say that because I can make mashed potatoes the way I used to before and they taste just the same. I also say that because where I'm at, you can't find it. :(

Either Silk chocolate soy milk or tofu. I prepare the tofu by putting some soy sauce on it when it's in the pan, and cooking it on medium on the stove.

Hard to say, really... A few of my faves are Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal with 8th Cotinent Light Vanilla SoyMilk over it... I also love the Boca or Morningstar Farms Chicken Patties. I cook them in the oven on a cookie sheet with a wheat hamburger bun sprayed with olive oil spray and sprinkled with garlic powder, and when it's done, I put this Buffalo Sauce on the bun, toss on the patty, lettuce and tomato.. Makes a GREAT cold night meal, because it's very warming and filling. But I think Boca Vegan burgers are probably what we buy the most. They are easy to throw into recipes and quick to fix, and my boys LOVE them...

One of my favorites is the Boca Ground Burger. I put in in sloppy Joe's, taco salad, etc. Substitute it for ground beef in any recipe. My husband is a meat eater and won't eat a lot of the vegetarian products (i.e. tofu) but loves this. He also loves the boca or morningstar chicken patties, he says he likes them more than the real thing! We eat them in sandwiches or cut them up in pasta salad. I love soy sauce too. Tough question!

Schneider's Oh Natural Breaded Chick'n Burgers are great. There are some
milk ingredients but I am lactose intolerant and do not have any problems.
My daughter fries them then puts butter and Frank's Hot Sauce on them.
They taste like chicken wings. Very yummy.

I love soy milk. Both Silk and 8th Continent are my prefered brands. They're great over cereal, in tea, in smoothies, and just straight out of the carton. Don't try to make pudding with it though, it just doesn't work.

BOCA Original Chik’n Patties...they are sooooo good. I have served them to non-vegs, and they didn't know the difference, they loved them actually! Eat them plain, or on a bun (yummy w/ a dab of thousand island dressing), I've even used them as a substitute in "chicken" parmesan.
