heres an omelet
1 steak cubed and cooked half way
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped yellow pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 whole eggs
4 egg whites
1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
SPRAY large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add steak, peppers and onion; cook and stir on medium-high heat 5 minutes or until tender. Remove from skillet; set aside.
WHISK together whole eggs and egg whites with 1/4 cup water.
POUR eggs into skillet; cover. Cook 6 min. Top with pepper mixture and cheese. Using spatula, fold egg mixture over filling; cover. Cook 3 min. or until cheese is melted. Serve topped with salsa
or breakfast on the go

4 slices OSCAR MAYER Thin Sliced steak cooked and chopped
1/4 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Mild Salsa, divided
1/4 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Cheese, divided
2 TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Flour Tortillas
BEAT eggs and dressing with fork until well blended. Stir in steak and half each of the the salsa and cheese.
POUR into nonstick skillet sprayed lightly with cooking spray. Cook on medium heat 2 to 3 min. or until egg mixture is set, stirring occasionally.
SPOON half of the egg mixture onto each tortilla; roll up. Serve topped with the remaining cheese and salsa.
with a glass of orange juice or apple juice this is delicious

You could mince the steak , then fry it with onion, peas, salt and pepper
Slice the ham( if its cooked)
Mix ham and eggs in an omelet with some fresh parsley .
In a non stick pan, cook the ham -omelet until its set then place the meat in the centre.when the egg is solid enough try to fold it to create a patty like dish.
Serve with small salad and some fresh tomatoes and may some oven cooked chips.
