Plain and salty. Hot. Crisp. On the thin side. No ketchup.
My favorite fries are In 'n' Out. Yummmm. Today I had their fries Animal Style (cheese, onions, sauce). It was good and a nice twist from the usual, but I definitely prefer the plain fries.

french fries are crap bits of fat deep fried. chips are the way to go, even though I am a brit, the best Chips in the world are not from the UK, they are Belgium or Normandy, they boil them then partially fry them, then leave the final frying for last after all the oil has drained out. Taste wicked but they are fairly small but lush.

Thin fries with burgers and BBQ sauce
Thick chips with fried fish with curry sauce

Don't like french fries - they are too thin, I prefer chips with either salad cream or tomato ketchup.
