If you have a company like lincare or american oxygen they can meet you at the airport with o2.... if its a local mom and pops, you may want to talk to them they would be able to help you get everything together you need and one of the above companys will supply you

You don't arrange for the O2. Your family doctor does. They have portable o2 tanks that you can carry. If need be- your family doctor could call and refill your o2 in Cancun. Every place has a medical office of some sort.

i'm on oxygen and traveling is not easy. first you must contact airlines. you must use there oxygen. your supplier will contact a supplier in cancun/ the key is planning in advance good luck
