Often we don't have good answers for qust what causes high blood pressure, in fact, most of the time we really have no idea - over 90% of the cases are what we term "essential hypertension" which basically means that we have no idea what's causing it, probably a combination of many factors.
If you're already at a good weight, keep your salt intake down, and exercise regularly, it sounds like you're doing everything right. I don't know what dose of the norvasc you're on, but you may need more, or even a second agent may be appropriate (your doctor can help you find the best type for you, I can't say much about that without knowing your whole history).
In addition, your BP is a bit elevated, but not too much, I wouldn't say that you have to change it much at all.
From what I hear, if you really have been keeping compliant with diet and exercise, then it may be time to change your meds a bit (probably by adding one or increasing the dose). Talk to your doctor about it.

First of all I would look for another Doctor. To have anyone simply tell you to get it down is not helping you at all. You need to have medical help in controlling it and it doesn't sound like you are getting it. Look for another Doctor... An internal medicine Doc would be a good choice.
Second, if the highest blood pressure you have is 132/92 then you are doing a fairly good job and I would not be anxious over that. The Doctors don't like to see the bottom number over 90 and you just barely past it.
So keep doing what you are doing and find a new Doc.

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

You should read "The Blood Pressure Solution" (also available in electronic format, watch the video presentation here: http://www.fixbloodpressure.com ) It's a very comprehensive step-by-step book that walks you through the natural remedies of high blood pressure. It provides you with a lot of information on what foods to eat, how you can acquire and prepare these foods, how you can change your lifestyle for the better, how to eliminate the toxins from your body, how to reduce stress, how you can check your blood pressure level the correct way etc.
The book is amazing in that it not only lowers your blood pressure without the help of medications; it also aids you in having a life that is healthy, happier, and less stressful. This book chanced my life.

First of all, you are doing all the right things. You may just have familial hypertension that is hereditary. This is essential hypertension. If you are normal weight, exercise and eat right, then you have eliminated all of the risk factors that you can eliminate. Your physcian may need to change your BP medications. There really may not be anything else that you can do. There are lots of skinny, active people that have HBP and take medication.

Hemorrhoids are associated with constipation and straining at bowel movements. How to get rid of hemorrhoids https://tr.im/Vc32P
Pregnancy is also associated with hemorrhoids. These conditions lead to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins that causes them to swell. Other conditions, for example chronic liver disease, may also cause increased venous pressure and may be associated with hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are very common and are estimated to occur in up to one-half of the population by age 50.

A person could do everything right.Unfortunately this happens because it's hereditary. If not, the patients body is just that stubborn. Just keep doing what you do- because if you stop- it could get a lot worse.
