Pork fat rules!! They are both yummy yummy. I like my bacon cooked medium and sausage with extra sage makes awesome biscuits and gravy.

No way! Bacon is better than sausage. When you fry sausage the grease stays inside of the pattie or the link. Bacon you can just put on a paper towel and the grease runs off. Sausage when you put on a towel the grease just runs off the outside and not in the inside. Which would you rather have a mouth full of grease or salt?

Neither. Both are animal proteins and can lead to heart disease and a number of inflammatory illnesses.
But if you had a choice, I would eat bacon instead of sausage. Bacon is actual meat. Sausage is a combination of blood, meat, cartilage, lips, *******....

Sausage is best. Whole hog if you can get it with maple. They also have apple cured sausage and bacon now.
