This is how they are eaten in Mexico and the food you get in a taqueria is fast but also authentic. The tacos if you notice have cabbage thinly sliced, Your supposed to squirt the lemon on the taco along with the chili.

it is garnish & if you put those on garnishes on the food you purchase there, it adds a lot of flavor to the food
