Your uterus is painful, & you want to know if you are inflammed, & if so; is it infectious?
Most inflammation is not infectious. To help, you can go eat lots of yogurt, as this will help if you do have an infection. The stuff in yogurt helps heal yeast infections.
In the meantime, take some Motrin or Advil.

you need to see the gynecologist, he can take material to culture and check for candida and other diseases.
if you have many sex partners than you are prone to infections.
but do remember that pain in the area can also be from period, sex, and maybe pregnancy...
some times abdominal pain can be refferd to the lower abdomen - like on urinary tract infection.
do see your gynecologist - he will know what to do.
