If I a woman who has had HPV and now test negative should I still tell my partner

you have a 22% chance they dont have it... sounds like a safe bet to me and most (almost all) have no signs of it... if you have it and i'm sure someone have been very close down there and never said anything.... think about it they have it to...

Absolutely!

HPV can be devastating for women. Women can develop cervical cancer from HPV. Cervical cancer is the second most common type of cancer in women and kills about 4,000 women a year.

I have personally had HPV for over 5 years now. I developed cervical cancer when I was 17 years old! It was devastating!

HPV is nothing to mess around with, trust me! You need to tell every single partner you are with in the future.

There is also a vaccine for HPV called Gardasil. At least tell your partner(s) and they can be vaccinated and prevent getting this horrible STD. It's unfair to the other person if you don't tell them.

Depends on your personal code of ethics, wouldn't you say? I believe that to disclose this is fair and honest and gives your future partner the opportunity to decline if he so chooses as opposed to becoming an unwitting carrier.

yes you should tell them out of respect if they care for you they will stick around and understand if they don't they werent worth your time to begin with honesty is always the best policy i think
