What is the diagnosis, What is the prognosis, What can we(the family) do to help, What should he not do & finally - Is there anything else wrong
I hope his rehab goes well & his health improves - enjoy the time you have left with him.

The most important questions shouldn't be for the doctors -- Ask your Dad what measures he wants taken. At 90, I'm not sure what can be done to improve his quality of life and not harm him any further. He is probably fragile after a heart attack, so just love him and enjoy him as much as possible! God bless!!

I would ask the amount of damage to his heart and what is the best thing you can do for him to keep him happy and comfortable. Good luck

What does he need at home in terms of health care and medical equipment and home adaptations both temporarily and permanently?

How impaired can you expect him to be? Self-sufficient, all the way to totally unable to care for self?
