There really is very little other than bone in chickens feet.

I have had chicken feet at an oriental restaurant before. I am unsure of how they were cooked. They weren't bad. However, they were hardly worth the effort to eat and what little meat was there was kind of gelatinous.

Debone Chicken Feet

CHICKEN FEET AND RICE

3 lb. chicken feet, scaled
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
2 tbsp. cayenne pepper

Put chicken feet in water, let cook until done. Add rice, chopped pepper and cayenne pepper. Let cook until rice is done.

CHICKEN FEET STEW

2 lb. chicken feet
5 potatoes, cut in eighths
4 onions, quartered
1 c. green beans
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper

Cut nails and wash feet. Place in stockpot. Cover with water. Add potatoes, onions, carrots, green beans, bay leaf, garlic, salt and pepper to season. Simmer until tender. Remove bay leaf before serving. 6 to 8 servings.

You don't-the point of cooking them is to extract the gelatin and richness to improve the flavor of the soup. Some people actually remove the feet after cooking and discard. Most, however love sucking the soft pads off the well-cooked toes. It is a popular Cantonese and Jewish ingredient.

My brother in law de-bones them for his three year old and I'm pretty sure you'll have to cook them then de-bone them.

i would throw the feet away.there is not much meat on defeet.
