It dosent sound like a heart attack..When I had mine it started in the chest and moved down my left arm...I was sick at my stomach and felt like I was going to pass out..Also broke out in a sweat..However I do feel like you need to go to the doctor and have it checked out.

i doubt it's a heart attack if that's your only symptom... however... if you are seriously concerned then go to the emergency room.
now... more likely it is your gall bladder... if the pain changes or lessens when you adjust your arm or position that's a sign it's a hard tissue problem, for example you have a rib a little out of place (most commonly happens in people who lean sideways on their couch) or something like that.
if the pain does not change when you adjust position then it's a soft tissue problem... as in your gall bladder, you've pulled a muscle around your rib cage, something like that. if the pain increases and you cannot find relief from drinking milk or using antiacids then you need to see a doctor pretty quickly. if the case is extreme you may need your gall bladder removed, if the case isn't extreme you will need to clean up your diet and cut down on red meat.
either way a chiropractor and nutritionist can help you.

Not a heart attack, but have it checked out to make sure it is not a form of angina. Find it ,if it is early ,so that the treatment can be simple. See a cardiologist

U need to call ur Doctors office on this. Have u checked for any lumps around the breast area? Its a concern..... call the doc

It may simply be indigestion, When I was pregnant I felt the same way and thehospital gave me a pill, the presure was then lifted, and then my doctor gave methe prescription fot the remainder of my term
