I used to live in Puebla, Mexico, and I am dying to eat some chiles en nogada, but don't know anywhere nearby that makes them. Anyone know a good place in LA?

The food is always fresh, tasty and they serve some great chile dishes. Chiles en Nogada is one of the house specialties and its worth a try. Walnuts, pecans, dried fruit, and meat stuffed in roasted poblano chiles topped with sweet pecan cream sauce and punctuated with fresh pomegranate seeds make a sweet yet surprisingly yummy dish. Another thing worth mentioning is how good their soup is. They have a variety of creamed vegetable soups (the carrot is like nothing I've ever had) and the more traditional pozole, plus a special soup of the day. Moreover, the service here is quick and friendly.
