It's called Boong-uh Bbang (literally means goldfish bread because it looks like a gold fish). In Korean, it's spelled as 붕어빵. There's an ice cream version of it, filled w/ vanilla ice cream and sweet red beans called Ssah-man-ko.

Wow, sure bring back the memory i had being in Korea and how i fell in love with my husband-to-be. Unfortunately, i forgot the name of those shaped waffle with filling inside. Where were you in Korea?

it's just a pancake with sweet red bean filling. It's the asian version of what a pancake is. Usually a snack ate while having tea.
