I have an awesome "Halloween" cookbook. I can't find a website in it so i will give this recipe to you.
SPIDER WEB DIP
1 package (8ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 jar (8 ounces) prepared salsa
1/2 cup prepared guacamole
2 tablespoons sour cream
Spooky Tortilla Chips (recipe to follow)

* Prepare Spooky Tortilla Chips; set aside.
* Place cream cheese and salsa in blender or food processor container; blend until almost smooth.
* Spread cream cheese mixture on round serving dish or pie plate; smooth gaucamole over top, leaving 1/2 inch border. Place sour cream in small resealable plastic food storage bag; seal bag. Cut off timy corner of bag; pipe sour cream in circles over guacamole. Run tip of knife through sour cream to make "spider web'. Serve with Spooky Tortilla Chips.

SPOOKY TORTILLA CHIPS
3 packages (12 ounces each) 8-inch plain or flavored flour tortillas
Salt to taste
* Preheat oven to 350. Spray baking sheet with olive oil nonstick cooking spray.
* Using 3-inch Halloween cookie cutters, cut tortillas, one at a time, into shapes. Discard scraps.
* Lightly spray tortilla shapes with cooking spray. Place on preheated baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.
* Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.

This really tastes good and looks so halloweenie. Hope this helps out. Enjoy!!!!!!!!

I'd use taco-seasoned ground beef for the bottom layer, then a layer of orange-colored nacho cheese that comes in a jar. Then a bit of salsa (I know, not the right color, but it's not a taco dip without it!) then a layer of black beans, and then chopped up orange bell pepper. Serve it with the black corn chips.
Put some sour cream in a bag and cut off a tiny hole in one corner, use it to squeeze out a spider web design on the top of the finished dip, then decorate with a plastic spider or two.
Happy Halloween!

Go to CVS Pharmacy - find the Halloween section. They have a package of tiny skeletal hands (I think there may be 20 in a bag), and they have small gothic looking tombstones - this will all cost less than $3.00.

Make your dip and place a few of the head stones in the dip, and then stick the little skeletal hands coming up out of the dip (Like they are coming up out of the graveyard). It will look so cool.

Go to the seasonal section of a drug store and look for a small skull, vampire or witch (or whatever) head and put it in a large serving bowl on top of an upside down cup. Pour your dip into that bowl with the scarey head as its centerpiece! In fact, you will probably be able to buy a bowl that is Halloweeny in that same section (and it will be cheap).

Hmm, here are my suggestions :)

* You could use the nacho cheese out of a jar (I don't like that stuff, but it does taste okay heated) for the orange part of the dip. Layer with cooked ground beef for the black part of the dip. Then you could add other things, but that would make it look like the traditional colors.
* You could make your regular taco dip, but then put little "eyeballs" on top of the dip. Cook up little meatballs, place a dollop of sour cream on top, and then a black olive slice on top of that. Then they look like eyeballs :)
* You could place those fake fingers inside the dish so it looks like a hand is in the bowl.

Happy Halloween hun!

Serve it in a small pumpkin, a squash that looks like a small pumpkin, or plastic pumpkin.

Or make a witch's hat out of black construction paper and rest it on top of the bowl.

put a big helping of guacamole on it with sliced olives and then take some shredded cheese and use the cheese strands to make legs on the sliced olives to look like spiders on the green stuff

put it in an orange bowl, maybe add some of the spider rings on it, if you are using chips, there are black chips, use them, maybe take and place the bowl on the lap of a skeleton or something like that??? I don't really know
