is this the same as her oxygen ?

CPAP on the vent. is not the same as a home CPAP machine. CPAP on a vent. is a very good thing, it means she will be doing all the breathing on her own on the vent. The vent. will not be delivering any breaths at all. It will only be delivering supplemental oxygen. She will be doing all the breathing on her own. This is usually the last step before they take her off the vent. I hope she does well. Don't be surprised if she tires out, she has been through a lot.

No; it is not the same.
The trach allows her to breathe, while the CPAP forces oxygen so her heart & brain don't get damaged. It's used for overweight people who snore or people who have sleep apnea.

They CAN run oxygen through a cpap machine, but they don't have to. A cpap machine blows air continuously to keep air passages open.

The ventilator is providing oxygen. C-pap is one of the settings on the ventilator. My best to both of you.
