My STAKE? Well, not through my heart.

Now if you mean STEAK, as in meat, you just can't spell: I take it medium rare with the juices still flowing. Smothered in ketchup. With a side of hashbrowns.

I like it well-done but there have been studies that link grilling meats at high temperatures to certain types of cancer. I know studies like this come out all the time, and one always contradicts the other, but if it's something that you can be a little more careful with, I say why not. So, in the case of well-done meats, researchers recommend that you microwave the meat for at least 2 minutes before grilling.

i love my steaks medium rare and cooked with adobo and sazon seasonings, sauteed mushrooms and onions on the side. A good staek never needs a sauce..
